Change of direction for the La Fontaine restaurant. Pierre-Jean Lattier has passed the torch to L'Artiste et le Cuisinier. After criss-crossing the world in search of new flavors, Héloïse (the artist) and Sion (the chef) have settled in the perched village of Cliousclat to share their discoveries and delight your taste buds.
