LA TOUR DE CRÊPES
A pancake near the water (but it's the Drôme), there is only the cries of the gulls and the sirens of the boats. By sitting in this pleasantly decorated room, at the walls with beautiful stones and at the smiling reception, you would feel (almost) in Brittany. However, this pancake tower, which bears its name very well, since from the terrace you can have an admirable view of the famous dungeon, has nothing to envy some specialized restaurants in Armorique. Buckwheat cakes, salted, accompanied by a pretty salad of young shoots, play with flavors and desires. Brittany (crow), Basque "tortilla" (chorizo, sheep and foam), corsica (coppa, sheep, dried tomatoes), south-west (magret), Savoyarde (tartiflette, potatoes, largies), salmon or shrimp (curry sauce), some examples of the dozens of copious cans that make up a complete dish. It follows the wheat pancakes, "simple", or they also form fruity fruity ingredients, creamy, chocolate-flavored, caramelized, with the ice premium of Adélice. Needless to say, it's better to book at noon like the evening, to check that in Crest the pancake is queen.
