La Note Gourmande has taken over part of the former Michelin-starred Kléber restaurant, to offer a fast-food option that's high quality, organic and locavore, to be eaten in a pleasant dining room or taken away in jars. Examples of jars on the menu: starter: pea flan with fresh goat's cheese, main course: shrimps with Espelette chilli, paella-style rice with squid, and dessert: cherry clafoutis. Diois wines and beers. Same cuisine as Auberge des Dauphins (Saou).
