For example: carrot fritters with smoked paprika, steamed cauliflower florets, Greek yogurt sauce, raw vegetable and lacto-fermented salad, Camargue rice, kimchi with pak choï or green lentil chili from Vaunaveys, crushed small spelt, roasted small vegetables, lemon yogurt sauce.
