On this particular day: amuse-bouche pumpkin/honey/ginger mousseline on buckwheat bread, butternut velouté/hazelnut flakes, chicken cromesquis confit 7h, corn tempura, saffron reduction of cooking juices and seasonal vegetables, cloud of lavender-scented ewe's milk/ apricot coulis/cinnamon crunch. Delicious homemade rye sourdough bread. Organic wines.
