The cocoa beans come from Latin America and are available in praline or with almond paste, citrus fruit paste, seeded raspberries and currants, ginger, bitter orange... There is also a small museum dedicated to the glory of Quetzalcoatl. You can drink a real chocolate on the spot, eat a chocolate pancake at Candlemas and other delicacies throughout the seasons.
