HOBO BISTROT
Restaurant offering homemade, locavore and seasonal cuisine, and a fine wine list, located a stone's throw from the cathedral.
Just a stone's throw from the entrance to the cathedral, a small green storefront opens onto this new "cuisine vagabonde" restaurant, with its small dining room and beautiful inner courtyard, very dioistic and convivial. The cuisine here is homemade, locavore and seasonal: cod gravlax/mayo/carrots/ginger mesclun, small spelt risotto with herbs, marinated tofu/mesclun, rice pudding/Madagascar vanilla/passion fruit/gavotte. That's how good it is! The wine list includes, among other organic wines, David Bautin's excellent bottles from Barsac.
