What a pleasure in summer when the heat crushes the town and the valley. In the restaurant, regional cuisine based on fresh produce from small local producers: warm caillette on a bed of salad, variations on ravioli, picodon salad and hot Saint-Marcellin on toast, a plate of Carré de Picq Diois cured ham, well-composed giant salads, well-prepared fish with red mullet fillet with sherry vinegar and shallots, trout mille-feuille with chestnut flavors. A less exotic address than its name, but a successful stopover for travelers stopping off in Die. The establishment offers six studios for rent.
