Stéphane and Caroline Robert run a shop just a few steps from the cathedral. Their beautiful old-fashioned shop offers delicious ripened cheeses from all over the country. You will find morbiers, a rare sheep's cheese from the Belloc abbey in Urt in the Basque country, round cheeses or hearts from across the Channel and many other dairy products from the Helvetians or Transalpine countries. The owners have selected wines and will be able to advise you on which bottle to choose to match your cheese platter and your dishes. An excellent address.
