History: The time of the family bakery is long gone! Today, Pasquier specializes in the production of industrial pastries. The brand is well known and its famous brioche is part of all schoolchildren's snacks. Very quickly, the brand developed the Pitch brand, acquired Auga and the Swedish bread and toast specialist, Biscotte L'Angevine, before buying Symphonie in Saint-Valéry en Caux (high-end frozen fine pastry) and Albatros in Fontenay-le-Comte (mini toast and croutons).
