Sober and elegant, worthy of a luxurious hotel, the five rooms combine with taste the differs of the place and design furniture. Pierre and Nathalie welcome you in their secluded house in this hamlet of Haut-Diois. Their host table accommodates the products of local producers. You will therefore find on your plate: the tomme of sheep from Dédé and Marion, Pascal's goat cheeses from the farm of Craponne, and the bread of Grimone made by Luc… Lovers of authenticity will be filled!

Nous ne pensions pas trouver de quoi se restaurer dans ce paisible et charmant petit village. Nous sommes arrivés à l'improviste à l'Entre Côte. Nous avons été attirés par cet endroit en pleine nature lors de notre balade à vélo et avons aperçu l'entrée du restaurant, pas particulièrement visible de la route. Nous avons été très bien accueillis bien que nous n'ayons pas réservé. Je me suis régalée avec le gratin de Ravioles chèvre miel, un vrai délice. Mon mari a dégusté une excellente cuisse de canard aux haricots blancs. Le service à été irréprochable, nous avons passé un très bon moment loin de la foule bien que la terrasse se soit rapidement remplie après notre arrivée. Nous recommandons l'Entre Côte aux amoureux de la nature, de cuisine traditionnelle et régionale.

Expérience incroyable dans ce petit coin en pleine campagne. Le restaurant est niché dans le village et offre un accueil chaleureux.
Les plats proposés sont très nombreux ce qui peut faire peur mais la cuisine est excellente et très copieuse.
Comme nous n'avons pas réussi à finir nos assiettes, nous sommes réparties avec une barquette !
A découvrir absolument !
