On the menu: onion soup with old Comté cheese au gratin, Dubarry-style organic soft-boiled egg, etc. A la carte: Ardèche pork chop with pommes grenailles, duck breast with orange carrot, spelt risotto with truffle, lamb mouse with thyme jus and fragrant semolina.
