The menu, renewed every three months, features fresh, local produce. On this day, we start with a Facteur Cheval consommé with black garlic ravioli and poplar pholiotes. The signature dish follows: braised beef chuck with amber beer, endive au gratin with Maroilles and pommes grenailles. For dessert, a chestnut galet on a bed of sand. The house cocktails alone are worth the detour.
