The Trois Becs as a backdrop, flowers on your plate and enchanting flavours for a real moment of grace.
At the foot of the 3 Becs, a preserved village of a few souls, close to the pass and the cliff, a fantastic setting for a very inventive gastronomic cuisine concocted around fresh and local products in all transparency. The menu gives you the choice between a 4-course set menu and a tasting menu. And for each dish, great art with perfect and surprising flavours, flowers and ancient vegetables, colours and textures. A great moment of happiness where the lamb is next to a citrus reduction and some spicy flowers. A paradise!

Le suprême de volaille était plutôt bon (seul point positif), mais n'ayant pas pris de dessert (un seul dessert proposé, même pas possibilité de prendre un café gourmand ou une boule de glace), j'ai payé presque le même prix que le menu à 29€90.
Carte mensongère , 2 choix de menus sans choix possible. Accueil et cadre peu soignés (des cagettes et du bois derrière notre table. Bref, l'arnaque à touristes!
je n'y retournerai pas, à moins que le patron change. A éviter absolument !!
