L'ABSINTHE
Restaurant with terrace in the shade of acacias offering a friendly atmosphere.
We are delighted with this Bistrot de Pays where Marie Moreau and Jean-Yves Guimet welcome us. On the square at the top of the village (with a petanque court), this beautiful stone house offers a terrace in the shade of the acacias and a charming interior. The atmosphere is friendly. A slate serves as a menu and just talking about it makes your mouth water! Among the specialities of the house: sautéed lamb with basil, grilled fish a la plancha, saddle of rabbit, raspberry crumble, crème brûlée with lavender infusion...
