This is the bistronomic version of the Michelin-starred Domaine du Colombier. Chef Anthony Monteremal, ex-second-in-command at the neighboring gastronomic restaurant, offers seasonal cuisine using selected local ingredients. Just a few examples: smoked haddock, cauliflower mousseline; pickles and wild arugula, or glazed veal sweetbreads, mashed potatoes with semi-salted butter and reduced jus. The names are poetic, the flavors enchanting. The service is as meticulous as the cuisine. We'll be back for more!
