LA FORGE
With a nice terrace, this brasserie-restaurant prepares a simple, local and generous cuisine with local flavors.
A flight of stairs leads to this café-brewery-restaurant stamped Bistrot de pays whose beautiful ochre frontage is not to be missed. Installed in a village house, former forge then bar-restaurant-hotel, overlooking a lavender field, with a magnificent view and a pretty terrace. One comes to drink coffee and especially to taste the flavors of the soil through Aurélie's cooking, simple, generous and local: calf's head, aïoli, shoulder of lamb of the Southern Pre-Alps confit, small spelt of Mévouillon and vegetables of season. At the counter, the village beer.
