LA BOUCHERIE
In place of the Don Camillo, an institution of the aisles, the Boucherie, representative of a beautiful chain, boasts the merits of all meats. The choice is wide with menus for all the awards and dishes that recall know-how "à la français", a little… villain. In addition to the countless grilled meats, it is possible to enjoy the crystallized beef of Espelette, the traditional pot, the calf's head, the old guts, the duck trilogy, the roasted calf's rognon in garlic butter, the romarin lamb au, and of course the DEMO ANDOUILLETTE, the hamburgers shown in the form of "slum", with potato galette. A "Butchery" for which we will not make the fine… mouth, even if the prices of wines in bottles raise the addition.
