This house from Ardèche, past the excellent Arnaud Soubeyran family, offers a sweet stop in the capital of Nougat. The Atelier des Congreurs, creator of traditional flavors and confectionery, invites you to discover the manufacture of caramel and nougat in large copper chaudrons. Then it will be in the mouth real happiness! Caramels with salted butter or coffee beans explode with fragrances, the nougats are tender or crunchy, and the old-fashioned marshes go to the violet, the orange flower, the anis… The house exports its delicacies to the US! Children will also choose sweets in the Marrondyne range. Range of biscuits to be tasted at the exit of the oven.
