This sign created in 1938 and taken over by the Bonnieu family, now called L'Artisan Nougatier, offers a collection of quality nougats, made in the old-fashioned way in copper cauldrons with ingredients selected with the greatest care. The welcome is pleasant and the nougats of quality. We like this traditional nougat with lavender honey and almonds from Provence that we find in papillotes or in the form of mile markers celebrating the National 7.
