One of the most prestigious nougateries of Montélimar, founded in 1837. Since 2000, Caroline Brotte-Honnoré and Didier Honnoré have been at the helm of this prestigious company, which remains the oldest traditional nougatery still in business. And the^4th generation will take over! The company produces 144 tons of delicacies per year! Besides the classic nougat, hard or soft, a beautiful collection of marshmallows, calissons and even strawberry, lemon, lychee lollipops... The gourmands are at the festival!

bonne adresse pour les gourmands

Il s'agit de la plus ancienne fabrique de nougat. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la qualité et le choix des produits proposés. Dommage que le restaurant ne soit pas ouvert le weekend

Un musée sur le nougat.... Gratuit qui a de quoi faire pâlir bon nombre de musée payant. Petits et grands ont découvert l histoire de la famille et la fabrication du nougat et des calissons. Une boutique qui agitent les papilles et devant ce choix de parfums de nougat on reste longtemps à hésiter. Je recommande cette visite.

Non seulement les nougats sont bons, mais la partie café et restaurant ,non répertoriés dans la liste des restau, et agréables.
Il y a une terrasse à l'extérieur.
Pour le repas de midi il faut réserver c'est toujours complet.
