No le is not the Provençal name of basil! Pistou means "crush" in the language of oc. Whatever the famous pistou soup, to the crushed basil with gables, olive oil and garlic, fills the South and this teaches pays homage to him. Here you find everything you need to do pistou soup, but also sun dishes, like ratatouille, spear or other recipes of squash.
