LE RELAIS DU SERRE
On a pedestrian road between Dieulefit and Nyons, this is a peaceful stop in a green, simple but comfortable environment. The hotel offers nine correct rooms (two star hotel) and a gourmet and traditional table of very good reputation: during the hunting season, delicious giveaways and a famous hare to the brooch in the large chimney of the house, not forgetting the omelet to the truffles of the Tricastin and the picodoned Dieulefit picodons in the cellar. And a lot of old-fashioned dishes, look at the menu: frogs at Provençal, trout of Saint-Ferréol-Thirty-Pas, friction of duck to olives or play of beef with vinsobraise, ris veal to ceps, veal rostrums to ancient mustard or girolles… The Relais du Serre has developed a catering service: The Drive. The Relais du Serre is also a hotel.
