A joyful and greedy festival to test the oil of Nyons on the beautiful place with the arcades and to see the parade of the knights.
The festivities begin on Friday evening. Nyons celebrates its new olive oil. It is the Alicoque, a greedy, popular and convivial meeting with the induction of new members of the brotherhood of the Knights of the olive. Trestles are set up on the Place des Arcades and the olive growers invite you to taste fresh olive oil on toasted bread croutons rubbed with garlic. Also on the menu: concerts, dances, exhibitions, a large market of local products...
