A unique oil institute offering taste workshops for gourmet tasting experiences.
On the main square of Nyons, this institute created in 1996 offers a unique place around this thousand-year-old tree rich in oil as well as in symbols, but also gourmet moments around tastings at the "oil bar", and taste workshops. A cultural, economic and scientific center, the Institut du Monde de l'Olivier goes beyond the Nyons PDO to promote the PDO oils of the south of France: Nice, Corsica, Provence, in France and abroad.
