At the beginning of February, we celebrate new oil! On this occasion, the Brotherhood of the Knights of Olives perpetuates a very ancient tradition: The tasting of the oil freshly pressed on a croûton rubbed in the garlic of Drôme. The Nyonsais enjoy this warm winter day to find yourself, the feast of the Alicoque being an opportunity to stave off the winter cold around the traditional Provençal meal, accompanied by a ball with orchestra, place of Dr. Bourdongle. Traditionally, the Alicoque begins with Provençal dances and songs and ends with a giant aioli.
