Stéphanie and Raphaël Ladreyt welcome you in their field of Saint-Ange to press your fruit in order to transform them into juice, syrup, alcohol, and to present their own production: cassis in all its forms, from planting to harvest and until the 100%-artisan transformation made on the farm. Here, small purple berries that stain are made of cassis, eau-de-vie, marc, jelly, nectar, syrup and even vinegar for vinegar. Between two bottles, the artisans-farmers are pleased to have you taste their productions and explain the modes of transformation. For a lynching 100% drômois: combining a wine of châtillon-en-diois at the Cassis des Monts du Matin. For a royal kilowatt, replace the wine with a crémant of Die!
