Le Solaure offers daily specials, 100% home cooking and local beers. Le Solaure favors slow-food and organic produce. The chef's specialties include cider-candied pork cheek, beef cheek daube, vegetarian moussaka and Moroccan couscous. Bread and newspaper stand, small organic farmers' market. A favorite.
