Close to the crocodile farm, come and fill up on good things at the honey factory run by Élodie and Christophe François, a very friendly couple. Christophe is a transhumant beekeeper. In addition to his own honeys, the boutique offers a range of homemade honey derivatives, as well as a rigorous selection of local products made in France. The pâté is from the Basque country, the beer from Pierrelatte, the eggs are fresh... We love the option of buying 3.5 or 5 kg pots of honey. Economical! After the thrill of crocodiles, here's a discovery full of sweetness and goodness.
