Maxime and his son Raphaël deal with the 800 olive trees in their family domain. From the cunner variety, these trees survived the 1956 freeze and some of them were even aged. The Corréard pressed their olives at the mill of Haute-Provence and thus recover a PDO Nyons oil. Under their brand Colour Baronnies, they also manufacture table olives and quenelle. If there is no point of sale in Plaisians, a small village of 150 inhabitants, you can taste their oil at the U-Express of Box-les-Baronnies.
