After a passage in Majorca and London, this creator offers a long menu of cocktails inspired and generous, renewing the mojito by marrying quality alcohols, vodka, rum, equila, top-of-the-range champagne. Side Kevin confesses a preference for raspberry, strawberry, lemon and fruit of passion. Its cocktails are beautiful in Anglo-Saxon style. There are five beers to the pressure and as many bottles and wines as glass or bottle. And in the plate, the house is determined to get out of tapas and cheese boards/charcuterie like with this smoked bacon, sweet sweet-salted.
