From fork to fork... Three generations have succeeded one another at the head of the farm. This Bienvenue à la ferme (Welcome to the farm) sign, in the heart of the Monts du Matin, has been offering direct farm products since Valérie and Bruno Cottin opened their farm to the public, producing organic Aubrac beef, apple juice and AOC Grenoble walnuts. As an aperitif, classic walnut wine or golden dandelion flower wine. On the table, at mealtime: vegetables from the garden, veal from the farm, fresh cheeses, walnut desserts, home-made jams...
