The famous smuggler Mandrin lived in this mansion in the 16th century. After an arched passageway, you'll discover Mandrin's Cachette, an inner courtyard listed as a historic monument, for a charming moment, all the more so as the chef and his team compose superb menus. For example: Délice de potiron et son cappuccino de crème ciboulette or Caillette chaude sur son lit de salade aux noix, Dos de cabillaud et ses croquants à la tapenade or Poulet aux écrevisses et sa timbale de riz basmati, Tarte Tatin et sa douceur glacée, amandes caramélisées.
