A gourmet festival that has been held for over three decades with a large local market, demonstrations of raviole making and many other activities and tastings. Bakers, raviole makers and wine merchants from the Roman region are present. And always the traditional induction of new members of the brotherhood of the pogne and the raviole. A beautiful local association. Each year a region is invited, in 2023 it was Brittany and the galettes!
