Small creperie-restaurant located at the entrance of Saillans offering dishes made with fresh ingredients.

At the entrance to Saillans, through the tunnel, hence its name, this small, unpretentious creperie-restaurant has a pretty Provençal façade facing the church. Its small room is decorated with santons at Christmas, bells at Easter... In summer, the tables overflow onto a terrace shaded by an arbour. The chef Dominique Muller works with fresh ingredients and completes his galette menu with more elaborate dishes such as this duck breast with blueberries. In the summer, tourists are added to the clientele. In winter, there are regulars with napkin rings and even a home delivery for the elderly. The service is provided by Dominique's wife with great kindness.

Décu par une cuisine quelconque, des pétoncles présentées comme noix st jacques, des frites molles, des desserts manifestement industriels . seul le pavé rossini était bien . mais surtout le rapport qualité prix est mauvais

I do not recommend this establishment, it is a cuisine without heart and tasteless, from frozen, and fries reheated in the microwave, it was afflicting I almost not to pay so I were disappointed in this restaurant, a very long time very in not eat more together with my friend and when the dish will finally complete disappointment this place is neither a restaurant nor a creperie is a tourist trap with any cuisine of térroire and especially the french cuisine does not represent, the summary of petit futé does not correspond to longer reality, it is the first time and yet I made a restaurant that I thought of not pay for such a fiasco .....

A disaster! Go your way absolutely! More than half - hour to wait before the menu. Then 1:30 to wait before being served (we ate in the black because we were in terrace and we were served 22:00) the menu is ridiculously small, it does not have almost nothing in the pancakes! For example when I asked what was the galette roquefort because the detail was not written on my menu you just responded me is a pancake with Roquefort sauce and nothing more. And as for the pancakes are available and a high prices rest. Once my pancake/steak roquefort arrival (9€ however!) I realised that even the cuisine could not catch up with my first impression. Pancake cold, without taste, and too sweet industrial Roquefort sauce. One left without dessert and coffee so you be in anger!
