On the outskirts of Saillans, this friendly restaurant is a very good address. You can eat on the terrace under the canisses and the shade of the mulberry trees, or in the bright dining room. The dishes are hearty and tasty. On today's menu, a Caesar salad and a filet of saithe with butter, diced orange and grilled vegetables. Succulent! A la carte: frog legs, ravioli, velouté de potimarron, croustillant de chèvre, etc. For a quick lunch or a romantic meal under the stars. Friendly service. Excellent value for money.
