We leave Saint-Barthélemy, in the direction of Saint-Donat, to reach the Vernets lake, its small sandy beach, its green banks and its quietness. This artificial lake, bordered by greenery and well planted with trees, straddles the communes of Saint-Uze and Saint-Barthélemy. It was created in 1992 and covers 11 hectares. Swimming is supervised in summer. Picnicking is possible but barbecuing is not allowed. You can come with your dog as long as you keep it on a leash. There is a small snack bar and ice cream parlour, a car park and toilets.
