A regional gastronomic stopover in the heart of the village, nestled in a charming Dauphiné mansion where the Chartron family has been cooking since 1946. The chef, Bruno Chartron, makes the riches of the land sing. His menu is full of poetry and invention, and truffles are divinely honored. In this truffle menu, the star ingredient follows you through to cheese and dessert. You're in for a treat. But the other menus are just as interesting and delicious. As for the desserts, they're excellent. Elegant attire appreciated.
