This former textile factory houses an arts and culture center, as well as a bar and restaurant serving daily specials during the week and bistronomic dishes at weekends. The common denominator is locally sourced produce. We love the flavors and presentations, but also the warm, spacious dining room that opens onto the terrace, which is invaded in fine weather. Examples of refined dishes include: pan-fried scallops with a broth from the land of the rising sun, low-temperature poached cod with champagne sauce, vegetable carpaccio.
