To the source of ravioli! "Pastronomic... It's all about the art of French pasta, and it's one of the 4 direct-sales boutiques of the Saint-Jean brand, the others being in Romans, Grenoble and Lyon. On the production site of this pasta-maker since 1935, you'll find ravioles in all their variations, and you can watch them being made behind a glass window overlooking the workshop, every weekday morning. In addition to traditional Royans ravioli, you'll find a whole range of pasta dishes, quenelles, fresh sauces..
