LE CROQUANT
Establishment sourcing from farms on the plateau to offer pita bread topped with pulled pork, shepherd's pie...
Direct from the farmers of the Vercors, Le Croquant is supplied from Saint-Julien-en-Vercors to Lans-en-Vercors, from Saint-Martin à la Chapelle to Saint-Laurent-en-Royans. At the wheel, Pierre and Jeanne, who are passionate about nature and agriculture, get their supplies from the farms on the plateau. On the menu that day: pita bread garnished with pulled pork or beef from Ferme de la Grand Mèche, crudités, white sauce and fresh goat's cheese, or lentil parmentier, sweet potato, Vercors blue cheese and lemon/hazelnut square. Dishes of the day and parking on Facebook.
