La ferme de Marcelle is a family farm offering a wide variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Visitors will find strawberries, apricots, peaches, nectarines, cherries, cabbage, parsnips, tomatoes, carrots, spinach, chard, new potatoes and much more. In addition to fresh produce, the farm also offers a range of processed products such as jams, fruit juices, gazpacho, tomato coulis and lavandin essential oil, all made by hand. Marcelle's farm is certified High Environmental Value (HVE) and part of its production is in conversion to organic farming.
