L’ESPLAN
Behind the impressive facade of the sixteenth century - that of the former hotel of the former knights of Girard de Maisonforte - Laurent Ocana offers a seasonal menu with a cassolette of small gray grays and ceps, crisp salad with chestnut chips followed by braised pork cheeks in Tricastin and olive shoots of potiron and small bowl cooked as a risotto. A whole program! The other great wealth of the Esplan that every amateur must discover are these owners' wines that are offered by a particularly talented sommelier. If you want to enter your name to a well-filled gold book, the Esplan is a refreshing stop full of treasures.
