A son of winemaker, confirmed oenologist and humanist wine grower, Didier Cornillon is a creator of wines as he himself defines himself. In 1989, the estate was bought by Raymond Fabre from a large family of winemakers (third generation). Wines of the name Châtillon-en-diois, of Die and crémant of Die.
