L'OLIVERAIE
Restaurant with bar, visible kitchen and terrace, where the chef works with southern products, the menu is short but refined.
On a small square in the charming village of Sauzet, you'll find a lovely terrace open in summer, and an indoor dining room in winter. This is where Sébastien Cayla officiates, an inspired chef with an ear for southern produce. His short but refined menu is sure to please. And as it changes frequently, you can return several times! For example, Andalusian gazpacho with creamy burrata, crispy lamb confit, parmesan and basil risotto...: enough to excite the taste buds! Occasional cooking classes.
