This is the chic bistro of the 4-star Fac&Spera hotel. Located on the first floor of the hotel, in a bright, modern dining room opening onto a pleasant terrace, this Marius Bistrot plays the terroir and organic card with a well-composed seasonal menu. In winter, for example, a velouté of porcini mushrooms and scallops, followed by a duck breast and banyuls jus with confit pommes grenailles, carrot and paprika purée, and to finish, a crème brûlée with tonka bean. Bravo for the Petit épicurien menu for children.
