HIYORI
It is in the tiny Ha-Ha street that Hiyori is hiding. A few steps open onto a room with Zen decoration and an excellent address for lovers of real Japanese cuisine. Sushi, maki and california reign here. This is the land of raw fish. No rice bowl, no yakitoris. Discovery trays, salmon/thon or even vegetarian. The chef only uses fresh products purchased the same day (or the day before for Sunday service). And don't deprive yourself of desserts. They are delicious and especially dorayaki, pancake filled with candied azuki puree or yuzu cheescake, Asian citrus favorite of chefs. Green tea ice cream is not bad either....
