LE SAINT-GEORGES
As the institution of Greek cuisine in Valencia for over 30 years, the Saint George has lost nothing of its superb. This is a direct airline ticket for Athens that you are being offered here. On the day of our visit, we saw things in large numbers: tasting menu with 16 traditional dishes and moussaka beef. Verdict: fresh, gouteux and rich. In dessert, the famous Greek yoghurt aromatise with rose or honey and nuts, and the Paklava off the gourmands. Plates are copious, discreet service and wines have a taste of sun. The place is worth the detour for its déco blue and white kitschissime to the colors of Greece and its small terrace giving on St. John Square and its kitchen to lick the watering.
