BRASSERIE NOUR
Gourmet address of oriental inspiration proposing a declination of small tempting plates of mezzes.
A gourmet address of oriental inspiration. Why Nour? In Armenian it means pomegranate, the national emblem, in Lebanese it means light. A double symbol for Charles Alajajian Armenian from Lebanon who opened this establishment with his wife Corinne in the kitchen. One eats there in a brewery style, a variation of small tempting mezzé plates: hummus, tomato parsley salad, boreks (fritters) with cheese or meat, vine leaves stuffed with rice/mint and as an outsider the divine cold crushed mouhamara of walnuts, roasted peppers, pomegranate molasses. Spices, herbs and flatbread make their contribution. We finish with a baklava drizzled with honey.
