L’ÉPICERIE
This cosy and comfortable house dates back to the 16th century and opens onto the beautiful Place Saint-Jean. The chef Pierre Sève and his wife Corinne, who gave it its letters of nobility, have just passed the hand. At the ovens, he is now the former chef of the Three Ducks. During the week, the Bistrot de l'Épicerie opens at 6:30 am and offers a very honourable dish of the day at noon, such as these perfect scallops, saffron risotto and asparagus tips. The gastronomic trendy table, refined without being unnecessarily sophisticated, is in the evening, in the elegant room next door. During the day, the atmosphere is that of a chic and friendly bistro. Excellent service from the owner.
